I won’t take much of your time—I’ll keep it short and crisp.
When Venu(Tech Radar) first approached us with this proposal, my initial reaction was, “Am I really eligible for this? Or is it just a showcase?” But after speaking with him, I realized it was a wonderful opportunity to spread awareness about our app, website, and WhatsApp groups to a wider audience—so that more people can benefit from them.
I’d like to clarify that I do not receive any financial or personal benefits from this. I do it purely out of my own interest and passion for helping and sharing useful information with our community.
When I first arrived here, I was unaware of many things—vaccinations, visa processes for parents, driving-related procedures, schools, commune services, baby play areas like Baboos, and several other benefits provided by the government. It took a lot of time and effort to gather all this information.
That’s when I thought—why not make this information easily accessible through a community platform? I initially started WhatsApp groups and Facebook pages. But soon, I realized that answering repeated questions one-on-one through calls and personal messages was time-consuming and not scalable. So, I created a website and began blogging about these topics to support others facing similar challenges.
Along the way, I was fortunate to meet like-minded individuals like Aneesh K, Pavan Tej, and many others who shared the same vision.
Eventually, I came across Namaste Belgium website run by Anmol Dubey. I reached out to him, and after some discussions, we decided to merge our platforms. Later, we realized that a mobile app would be even more convenient and accessible—so we launched the app as well. By the way he loves more digital way.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank my friends and everyone else who supported me throughout this journey.
And most importantly, I want to thank my wife, Sri Lakshmi, and my kids for their constant support and patience. Their encouragement has played a crucial role in enabling me to contribute to our community in this way.
Over time, I’ve learned it’s best to ignore negativity and stay focused on what truly matters—doing what I love and giving back to society.”
