Glimpse:
Proximus presented its new strategic plans at a press conference today. These plans focus on artificial intelligence, among other things.
The strategic plans state that the telecom company "will reinvent its way of working and focus on efficiency through simplification and AI, in order to reduce the workload." This transformation will result in the elimination of 1,200 of the approximately 7,900 jobs over the next five years.
