To move forward with this ambitious project, an inaugural volunteer meeting was held on June 25th, 2024, at Gemeenschapscentrum De Maalderij in Zaventem. Approximately 35 enthusiastic volunteers attended the meeting, eager to contribute their time and skills.
The focus of the meeting was to discuss the project’s progress, establish a core committee, and form volunteer sub-committees. These sub-committees will be tasked with tackling specific areas crucial to the temple’s development.

The “Hindu Temple Belgium” project envisions a magnificent temple built with respect for ancient traditions. The temple will serve as a sanctuary for prayer and meditation, while also offering a platform for cultural exchange through art forms and activities.The project has a broader vision as well.
