How to apply Indian visa before OCI card?

  1. you need to have Belgian passport and rp card for details(national number)
  2. Filling the document in portal(https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/)
  3. it can be do in several steps always store temporary id
  4. for Payment i used PayPal and they have lot of internet banking options.
  5. Use https://www.photopea.com  to decrease your size of pdf(scan copy of passport page that with our photo and details)
  6. https://makepassportphoto.com to convert to required size(photo with white background)
  7. If any other background please Remove the background using https://www.remove.bg
  8. after successful payment we will receive an email to us and it took one day for final paper visa.
  9. you can download it from status check from portal(https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/)

Note : I used free tools , the process took me 2 hours if you follow this, it might take 30 minutes.
