Quick Procedure for process of OCI application

  1. Create account https://ociservices.gov.in/ and fill it you need to upload few documents as below for adults and kids
  2. ⁠ ⁠Copy of BE passport
  3. ⁠ ⁠Copy of BE ID card
  4. ⁠Copy of Reunification and surrender certificate
  5. ⁠Copy of cancelled Indian passport
  6. ⁠ ⁠Family composition certificate
  7. ⁠One photo 5*5 ( please refer https://indianembassybrussels.gov.in/ociservice.php)

Kids:

1.⁠ ⁠Copy of BE passport
2.⁠ ⁠Copy of BE ID card
3.⁠ ⁠Copy of Reunification and surrender certificate
4.⁠ ⁠Copy of cancelled Indian passport
5.⁠ ⁠Copy of Indian birth Certificate. (If they born here carry copy of birth certificate issued by BE)
6.⁠ ⁠Copy of Marriage Certificate
7.⁠ ⁠Family composition certificate
8.⁠ ⁠One photo (5*5)

9. copy of Mother passport and RP

10. copy of Father passport and RP

Note: Please carry all copy of the documents to Embassy
