Eligibility Criteria
You can use Beldrive if:
✔ You have passed the theoretical exam
✔ Your driving license is about to expire
✔ Your driving license is lost or damaged Application Process
1. Submit your application via Beldrive(https://mobilit.belgium.be/nl/weg/rijden/rijbewijzen/beldrive-online-aanvraag) using your electronic identity card (eID) or itsme®.
2. The system will use the photo from your identity card.
3. Once processed, you will receive an email from the Civil Affairs department.
4. You must collect your driving license in person by appointment.
